Shawnee Killer Caramel Brownies
- 2, 11 Ounce Bags of Kraft Caramel Bits
- 2, 1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 2 Shawnee Fudge Brownie Mix
- 3/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Pecans
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Melt caramel bits and 1/3 cup evaporated milk into microwave, set aside. Grease and flour 9x13 pan.
In a large bowl, mix butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, nuts and brownie mix; stirring by hand. Press half the dough into pan and bake for 6 minutes. Spread caramel mixture over baked crust and spoon remaining dough over caramel.
Bake 15 - 18 minutes. Refrigerate to set caramel layer.
Yields 24 servings.
