CAN I COME TO THE EXPO PAVILION TICKET OFFICE TO BUY TICKETS?
Yes, Expo Ticket Xpress is located in the southwest corner of the Pavilion.

Monday - Friday, 11am - 5pm
*Closed Labor Day, Monday, September 2
September 13 - September 25:
Monday - Friday, 11am - 7pm
Saturday & Sunday, 11am - 4pm
September 26 - October 6 (Tulsa State Fair)
10am - 10pm

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Expo Ticket Xpress accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards; no checks accepted.

HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE TO REQUIRE A TICKET?
Four and under qualify for FREE Gate Admission into the Tulsa State Fair. However, Disney on Ice requires a ticket for individuals two years old and over. If you prefer for your child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required.
WHAT IF THE SHOW IS CANCELLED?
In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be returned to your point of purchase for a refund. If tickets were ordered by phone or online, a refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TICKETS WERE LOST OR STOLEN?
Any lost or stolen ticket can be re-printed at Expo Ticket Xpress. The person who ordered the tickets along with the proper credit card and photo ID will be required.

For children under 36" there are a limited amount of rides they can safely ride. Parents with children under 48" should check the height requirements before purchasing to make an informed decision whether ride coupons &/or wristbands are the best value for their children.
