Supply Truck/Trailer Parking Request Form

Supply Truck/Trailer Parking Request Form must be received by Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Supply units used for restocking purposes will be parked in designated areas and must be parked by Tulsa State Fair personnel or be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Please contact Matt Eidson, meidson@exposquare.com / (918) 605-5068, at least 2-hours prior to arrival to arrange parking assistance and receive additional instructions. If arriving after 7pm, access and parking assistance will not be permitted until following business day, starting at 8am. Permits will be distributed at time of placement/parking and must be affixed to the unit in an area that is easily viewable.

Tulsa State Fair is not responsible for damage, theft, service interruption or loss of product while on-site; parking at own risk. Please note, supply lot areas are not parking lots for personal vehicles, they are intended for supply access only; space is limited. Unit may be subject to Tulsa Health Department inspection. Tulsa State Fair staff is not able to assist with unit removal at time of departure.

Units to remain on-site 72-hours post Tulsa State Fair, must be relocated to a designated area. Notification must be made to Matt Eidson prior to Tulsa State Fair, Sunday, October 6, 2025. Please ensure arrival and departure dates are accurately reflected in Request Form.
