2025 Vendor Space Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2025 Tulsa State Fair, September 25 – October 5.

Please begin with completing our online application. You will receive an email notifying you that you have successfully completed the form.

Prior year exhibitors in good standing are typically offered first right of refusal for the following year.

Many applications are considered for a limited number of space opportunities.

As booths become available, appropriate applications will be selected from the pool of submissions.

New applicants are selected based on the following factors:

availability of space
balance of similar products or services around the fairgrounds
booth presentation and appearance
experience at other fairs or events
uniqueness of product or service

The review process will begin May 1, 2025.

Insurance Requirements

Lessee is required to have comprehensive General Liability Insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $1,000,000.00 aggregate, proof of Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage and Auto Liability / Non-Owned and Hired Auto Liability of $1,000,000.00 Combined Single Limit, naming “Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority” and “Tulsa State Fair” as additional insured with a waiver of subrogation in favor of the Authority. If personal vehicle, please provide proof of insurance. Lessee agrees to furnish the Authority with copies of the insurance certificates. Lessee shall not be allowed to set-up at without showing evidence of these coverages.

Merchandise Items/Services/Food Menu

All merchandise items or services to be offered, sold, demonstrated or exhibited in your space must be listed on this application. Space is offered and assigned on the basis of this list. Once a lease agreement is issued for the 2025 Tulsa State Fair, items in your space that have not been authorized on your lease agreement are subject to removal at the discretion of Fair Officials. Gifts, novelties and souvenir items must be individually and specifically listed. Please list all merchandise and service(s) you will be selling. Concessionaires please list all food and beverage including prices.
