Dairy Cattle Check In: The Dairy Cattle superintendents will be checking registration papers and the cattle in the respective stall area. All dairy cattle must be checked in by the superintendent by 12 noon on September 26th. Please review the special rules for each division to see when your animals must arrive and check in end times. Animals will not be allowed to check in after the check in time specified in the division rules.

Dairy Cattle Health Requirements : Due to the ongoing outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in dairy cattle in the United States, Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry has instituted requirements for lactating dairy cattle at dairy exhibitions. Owners of lactating dairy cattle who are planning to exhibit their animals to their County or State Fair should contact their veterinarian, who must collect a sample and submit it to Oklahoma Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory to be tested for Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza. Negative results must be listed on a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection with official identification. The CVI must be completed within 7 days of entry to the exhibition. These requirements are in addition to the usual health requirements for dairy cattle at County and State Fairs in Oklahoma.

Trailer Parking (New Location for 2024): Trailer parking will be located at 800 N 89th East Ave. The trailer parking lot is NOT an all weather terrain. Please plan accordingly and bring a block for your trailer. Click here to view the map.
